　　To further strengthen the company’s safety education and management, firmly establish the principle of “safety first,” clarify and reinforce responsibilities, improve and implement relevant systems, and effectively integrate safety education and management into every aspect of daily operations, thereby ensuring the company’s sustainable development, the 2024 annual safety training and examination for all employees was held in the company’s third-floor conference room.

　　This training session was chaired by Yu Chaohui, the company’s deputy general manager, who conveyed the company’s safety production guidelines, analyzed existing safety hazards, and outlined specific measures to enhance workplace safety. During the session, Cai Biao and Huang Mingjun from the Equipment Department provided detailed presentations on electrical safety and proper machinery operation, tailored to the company’s circumstances. Following the training, all employees took a safety‑knowledge exam, and new hires subsequently signed safety responsibility agreements.
