Changsha Jinduo Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in the Ningxiang High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Hunan Province, a key national hub for new materials and equipment manufacturing. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Changsha Gaocheng Technology Co., Ltd. and a high-tech enterprise integrating the research and development, production, and sales of advanced wear‑resistant and heat‑resistant materials.

　　The company, leveraging the expertise of materials specialists from Central South University and Hunan University, primarily manufactures a wide range of tooling and dies for rolling‑steel systems, encompassing the following categories:

　　1. Seamless steel pipe rolling system: reducing and sizing mill rolls, continuous rolling mill rolls, guide plates, guide discs, piercing rolls, and straightening rolls;

　　II. Bar, wire, and sheet/strip rolling systems: high-speed steel roll rings, pearlitic and bainitic rolls for bar and wire mills, high-speed steel rolls, and deburring machine blades;

　　III. Other wear- and heat-resistant products.

　　The company currently operates a range of metallurgical equipment, including one 0.5‑t, one 1.5‑t, one 3‑t, and one 5‑t medium‑frequency induction furnace; four horizontal centrifugal casting machines with a diameter of ∮620 × 3000; two vertical centrifugal casting machines with a diameter of ∮1800 × 1200; and more than ten heat‑treatment furnaces rated at 560 kW, 200 kW, and 180 kW. In addition, the facility is equipped with over eighty machining centers, including CNC lathes, as well as a comprehensive suite of testing instruments for chemical composition analysis, metallographic properties, and mechanical performance. The company has obtained certification under three integrated management systems: quality, occupational health, and environmental management. It is a reputable manufacturer of continuous rolling rolls and sizing rolls.
