Changsha Jinduo Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Ningxiang High-tech Zone, Hunan, an important new material and equipment manufacturing base in China. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changsha Gaocheng Technology Co., Ltd as a high-tech enterprise integrating the research, development, production and sale of high-tech wear-resistant and heat-resistant materials.
Changsha Jinduo Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Ningxiang High-tech Zone, Hunan, an important new material and equipment manufacturing base in China. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changsha Gaocheng Technology Co., Ltd as a high-tech enterprise integrating the research, development, production and sale of high-tech wear-resistant and heat-resistant materials.
Relying on some material experts from Central South University and Hunan University, the Company mainly produces various tools and dies for steel rolling systems, which are detailed below:
I. Seamless steel pipe rolling system: reducing sizing roller, continuous rolling roller, guide board, guide plates, perforating roller, straightening rolls;
II. Bar, rod and strip steel rolling system: rapid steel roll ring, bar and rod pearlite. Bainite rolls, rapid steel rolls and blades for deburring machine ;
III. Other wear-resistant and heat-resistant products.
The Company has smelting equipment now: one set of every 0.5t, 1.5t, 3t, 5t intermediate frequency electric furnaces, four ∮620Ⅹ3000 horizontal centrifugal casting machines, two ∮1800Ⅹ1200 vertical centrifugal casting machines, and More than ten sets of heat treatment electric furnaces 560kw, 200kw, 180kw, etc., more than 80 sets of large and small machining equipment including CNC lathes, with various testing equipment such as chemical composition analysis, metal physical properties and mechanical properties, and passed the three system qualification of quality system, occupational Health and environment. Among them, the market share of continuous rolls and sizing rolls ranks first in China.
